# Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Please carefully review our shipping, warranty, returns and refunds policy before placing an order. This policy applies to all orders submitted on our platform.

## Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on your order when:
- The total order value reaches $100

## Standard Order Processing & Shipping Times (Including Cross-Border Customs Clearance)
- Order processing time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping time to Asia-Pacific regions: 6-8 business days
- Shipping time to the US/Canada: 7-12 business days
- Shipping time to major European countries (Germany, France, UK, etc.): 5-7 business days
- Shipping time to other regions: 10-20 business days

### Important Notes
- Shipping times are approximate and subject to fluctuations; we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. We will make every effort to expedite order delivery and update you on logistics progress when necessary.
- The stated shipping times only apply to urban addresses in respective countries and are for reference only. Shipping to remote areas, islands, and restricted regions may take an additional 5-10 business days.
- Delivery may be affected by force majeure factors such as customs inspections, policy adjustments in the destination country, or failures of overseas postal systems. Customs clearance delays are not included in the estimated shipping time.
- Additionally, logistics carriers may experience delays beyond our control, for which we shall not be held responsible.

*Note: Business days exclude weekends and Chinese statutory holidays. Shipping times may be extended during international shopping peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) or unforeseen events (e.g., typhoons, pandemics).

## Order Fulfillment Warehouse
All orders will be shipped from our centralized warehouse in China, based on inventory availability and the delivery address.

*Note: For orders containing out-of-stock items, custom-made products, limited-edition items, or corporate purchase orders, YOYOBOX reserves the right to adjust the shipping schedule. These orders will still be dispatched from the China warehouse.

## Warranty, Returns & Refunds Policy
These terms govern returns and exchanges for products purchased from YOYOBOX. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

### 1. Returns Due to Our Error or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective (e.g., missing parts), or incorrect product due to our error, we will resolve the issue promptly.
- Process: Contact us via email or social media (INS, X) with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Resolution: We will provide a free replacement with a new, correct product. If a direct replacement is unavailable, you may choose a similar product of equal value or request a full refund.
- Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs for such cases will be covered by our company.

### 2. Exceptions: Returns Not Considered "Defective"
The following situations do not constitute product defects and will not be accepted for return:
- Product Packaging Damage: Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) to outer packaging may be unavoidable during transit to our warehouse. We strictly inspect and discard products with severe packaging damage; please understand minor packaging imperfections. Despite careful packaging, additional minor damage may occur during delivery to you. Returns solely based on packaging damage will not be accepted if the product itself is unaffected.
- Color Tone Differences: Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors and display settings. We do not accept returns for minor color discrepancies between the product image and the actual item.
- Minor Manufacturing Imperfections or Individual Variations: During the production and assembly of yo-yos, minor scratches, slight color inconsistencies, or small variations between units may occur. These characteristics are considered normal product specifications if they do not significantly affect performance or are not highly noticeable, and do not constitute defects.

### 3. Returns Due to Customer Preference (Change of Mind)
Returns for personal preference are subject to the following strict conditions for exchanges or refunds:
- Contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Only products in their original, unopened, and sealed YOYOBOX shipping packaging will be accepted. Returns with opened packaging will be rejected.
- Explanation: Many product packages can be easily opened and resealed. To ensure fairness and verify that products are unused, we only accept returns with unopened original shipping packaging.
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
- Original shipping fees and any payment processing fees (e.g., cash-on-delivery fees) are non-refundable.
- Returns will not be accepted if initiated after 7 days of receipt, without prior contact, or with opened packaging.

### 4. Refused Shipments or Failure to Accept Delivery
If a shipment is refused by the recipient, or returned due to prolonged absence or failure to claim the package, the items will be sent back to us at the sender's expense.
- For unjustified refusal or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be liable for the full actual cost of round-trip shipping, relevant fees (e.g., customs processing fees, cash-on-delivery fees), and a restocking fee.
- Please note that our outbound shipping rates are often discounted, while carrier return shipping rates are typically higher and non-discounted. This policy applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping, in which case the actual outbound shipping cost will still be charged.

### Supplementary Note
In accordance with relevant Chinese consumer rights protection laws and regulations, all products sold by us come with statutory warranty services, which cannot be excluded.

## Consumption Tax, Duties & Import Tariffs
International orders are exempt from relevant Chinese consumption taxes; however, they may be subject to duties and import tariffs imposed by the customs of the destination country/region.
All tariffs and taxes incurred in the destination country/region are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We will not process refunds if you refuse to pay import tariffs and taxes.

To comply with export regulations, we are required to truthfully declare the actual value of all ordered products and mark them as dutiable "merchandise".
